Practical Base for Exploring Donegal

This recently remodeled guest house provided exactly what I needed for my trip. I stayed in a single room on the second floor. It featured a queen bed and a private shower and toilet. Doing a load of laundry was convenient, especially on a long trip. The WiFi worked well and was easy to access.
The host was not onsite. Communications could have been clearer regarding the door code and which room to use.

the location was great it was in driving distance to the town. the room was lovely very comfortable and spacious.
coffee-making facilities were not available in our room i had to go downstairs to heat water for instant coffee or tea. no staff is on-site on a regular basis i was not sure the front door was locked at night.

The hotel offered ample parking spaces upon arrival. Everything was immaculate, including the room. The center of the town was accessible with a short walk.
Soundproofing felt inadequate. I could hear other residents walking.
